Summer heralds the arrival of sweat, lack of energy, dehydration, seasonal diseases, harsh sunburns, deep tanning, and myriad skin and hair problems. With blazing heat, the body’s first defense organ, the skin, and hair take the onslaught of the scorching sunrays. Summer’s heat and humidity are merciless. We wonder how to beat the summer monster and find out ways in which we can keep our skin healthy, fresh, vibrant and glowing this summer.
Make up wipes do not clean the face thoroughly and usually leave some residue behind. They do move dirt around the face, however as a last resort they can be used occasionally when one is tired or travelling as it is better than leaving the make up on.
Should toothpaste be used? why not. It is cost effective , available everywhere in plenty and in all seasons and is highly effective. However in case of acne, for a single acne one could apply it with a toothpick on acne itself. But use liberally it can dry out and irritate the skin. Chronic severe acne must not be allowed to be treated by toothpaste and must be consulted by dermatologist at earliest.
